Users acknowledge agreement by accessing the platform, texting designated numbers, or creating accounts. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference. Business users represent they have authority to bind their organization. Non-agreement requires immediate discontinuation.
Account holders must be 18+ and legally capable of entering contracts. Team members lack age minimums if the account holder accepts responsibility. The service targets businesses and professionals using it for legitimate purposes.
daleo is an AI platform providing business management through SMS, voice, and web. Features include: AI operations (quoting, invoicing, dispatch, job management), document intelligence, blueprint analysis, outbound messaging, third-party integrations (QuickBooks, Stripe), payment processing, multilingual support, and emergency call facilitation. The platform uses providers including Anthropic and Google; capabilities evolve with underlying technologies.
Registration occurs via text or web form at daleo.cc. Users provide accurate information and maintain credential confidentiality. Unauthorized access requires immediate notification to kevindonahue@daleo.cc. Account holders bear responsibility for all added users' compliance. InFieldTek reserves suspension/termination rights for violations or fraud.
Multiple tiers exist: Starter, Pro, Business, and Enterprise with varying features and pricing (daleo.cc). Monthly billing through Stripe. New accounts receive 7-day free trials without credit card requirements; accounts suspend post-trial unless paid plans activate. Trial data persists 30 days before deletion. Pro accounts include 500 shared credits monthly; Business offers 2,000 soft-throttled credits. Tasks consume credits based on computational complexity. InFieldTek provides 30 days' written notice before price changes; continued use signals acceptance.
Monthly subscriptions lack prorated refunds for partial months. Cancellation permits access through billing period end. Documented technical failures rendering service substantially unusable may receive service credits or partial refunds at InFieldTek's discretion. Refund requests require submission within 30 days of billing dates to kevindonahue@daleo.cc. Free trials are ineligible.
Users commit to lawful business purposes. Prohibited activities include: unsolicited commercial messages, unauthorized access attempts, malicious code transmission, impersonation, illegal purposes, reverse engineering, unauthorized resale/sublicensing, and excessive automated access. InFieldTek investigates violations and may suspend/terminate without refund.
daleo generates quotes, invoices, estimates, blueprint analyses, and G-code. Users acknowledge such content serves informational purposes only requiring professional review. InFieldTek provides no accuracy warranties for quotes, estimates, measurements, or analyses. Users verify content before business use. Blueprint readings and estimates constitute approximations potentially containing errors. G-code requires machinist verification before machine use. InFieldTek disclaims liability for errors, omissions, inaccuracies, financial losses, property damage, personal injury, or resulting harm.
Users consent to daleo text messages regarding accounts, transactions, notifications, and operations. Adding crew/team members represents warranted consent from those individuals agreeing to these Terms. Standard carrier rates apply; daleo assumes no carrier charge responsibility. Non-essential message opt-out occurs via STOP texts; transactional message opt-out limits service access. Twilio provides SMS delivery subject to carrier availability and Twilio terms; InFieldTek accepts no responsibility for delayed/failed messages.
Optional Stripe Connect payment processing requires separate acceptance of Stripe's terms. InFieldTek acts as platform facilitator only, never holding contractor funds; money flows directly via Stripe. Platform fees range 0.5%–1% per transaction, disclosed at onboarding. Users handle applicable taxes independently; InFieldTek collects nothing on their behalf.
daleo's emergency call facilitation feature attempts 911 connections via conference calls with critical limitations: it is NOT an emergency service, cannot guarantee 911 connections, requires user presence, depends on cellular connectivity/availability, may lack jurisdictional availability, and carries no harm responsibility. Users must attempt direct 911 calls when possible; daleo supplements only.
daleo's software, design, trademarks, logos, and content belong to InFieldTek and are protected. Users cannot copy, reproduce, distribute, or derive works without permission. Users retain ownership of submitted data, documents, photos, and content ("Your Content"), granting InFieldTek limited, non-exclusive processing/storage licenses solely for service provision. InFieldTek claims no ownership and restricts use to service provision and Privacy Policy descriptions.
InFieldTek collects/processes personal data per the Privacy Policy (daleo.cc/privacy). Users consent to collection, processing, and storage. Users ensure third-party data submission is lawful with appropriate consent.
daleo integrates QuickBooks Online, Stripe, Twilio, Anthropic, Google, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, and others. Integration use follows respective terms/policies. InFieldTek accepts no availability, accuracy, performance, or harm responsibility for third-party services.
"THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT."
InFieldTek's liability caps at amounts paid within preceding three months. Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including lost profits, data loss, or interruption—are excluded.
Users indemnify InFieldTek LLC members, managers, employees, agents, and successors against claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses from: (a) service use; (b) Your Content; (c) Terms violations; (d) law violations; (e) third-party infringement.
Either party terminates at any time; users cancel subscriptions/cease use; InFieldTek may immediately terminate for violations. Following cancellation, data persists 30 days before deletion; users request exports via kevindonahue@daleo.cc.
Wyoming law governs without conflict-of-law application. Disputes follow good-faith negotiation; unresolved disputes proceed to Wyoming state/federal courts.
InFieldTek may modify Terms with 14 days' SMS notice before effectiveness. Continued post-modification use signals acceptance.
